The short version
Mounting Vision is a free, information-only website. We sell no products, subscriptions or services, and we take no payments. Since there's no way to buy anything here, there's nothing to refund.
No payments change hands
Every page on this site is free to read. There's no shop, no checkout, no bookings and no paid membership. We never ask for card details and never process a transaction of any kind.
If you paid another business
If you bought a TV, a bracket, cables or a fitting service somewhere else, any refund is governed entirely by that business's own policy and your consumer rights. We play no part in those purchases and can't issue refunds on another company's behalf.
